GE is marking the third anniversary this month of the launch of its VeriWise™ Asset Intelligence system, one of the fastest-growing commercial vehicle telematics products on the market. Initially designed for truck trailers in the U.S. and Canada, VeriWise subsequently was launched in Europe, and will soon launch in Mexico.

Earlier this year, GE announced an order to equip Wal-Mart's entire 46,000 trailer fleet with VeriWise, which when completed this year will bring the total installed base to 75,000 units.

The installation of our VeriWise™ trailer tracking on the Wal-Mart fleet is well underway, and when completed this year will make the world's leading retailer GE's largest trailer tracking customer. But this is just one example of the many solutions we can provide for private fleets - from financing to remarketing to maintenance.

GE's Trailer Fleet Services business has announced a pledge to have 10,000 of its rental trailers carry "Good Stuff, Trucks Bring It" decals to support the image campaign of the American Trucking Associations.
